Printing off a register provides an easy way for staff to capture attendance that can be input at a later date, ensuring that safeguarding is considered and resource planning is considered.

How to print off a club register.

Navigate to Attendance, meals, events > Clubs.

Before a session starts you may want to print off a register to record attendance. Select Manage Clubs [1] and select the club you wish to print a register for Club List [2].

Once you have selected the relevant club from the Active club list, select Manage Sessions [3] to bring up a list of sessions.

Select the relevant session.

You can filter specific fields using the Filter Icon [4] in the column headers.

When you are ready, go ahead and select Print Register [5].

Upon selecting Print Register [5], a PDF will then open in a new window in which you can print off showing the people booked on and attending the club.
