Kitchen Manager Sites - Configuration Details

Upon creation of a site, all data will be stored within Sites. This tab allows you to view and edit all exisiting data.

How to access the Site configuration details and get a breakdown of the key information.

IMPORTANT

Any changes made to this tab will be permanent, only update the existing information if you have permission from your Area Manager.

Go to Kitchen Manager > Sites.

Select the relevant Site Name [1] to load the configuration details.

A new tab will open containing the information of the site details inputted upon creation:

Name [2]

The name of the Site in question (Alpha Primary etc).

Site ID [3]

Site ID will be a unique number to identify the school if needed.

DFE Numbers [4]

DFE stands for Department of Education Number which is a unique identifier given by the UK government. Every school in the country will have one. The School Admin will be able to provide this number for you.

Areas [5]

Depending on the database setup, your site will be placed within a specific area (South Bristol etc).

Type [6]

The Type Dropdown will allow you to choose the type of site applied to the site. (Primary School, Secondary School etc)

Address/City/Post Code [7]

Address contains the specific location of the site.

Status [8]

The Status of the Site can be set to Open or Closed.

Save [9]

It's important to select Save after any changes are made. This is to ensure that the data is correctly up-to-date.

Cancel [10]
Selecting Cancel will close the Configuration tab and return you to the previous screen.
