Accessing Kitchen Manager
Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Sites.
Configuring Supplier Dates
Setting supplier dates needs to be done on a School-By-School basis.
Select the Relevant Site [1] to load up a new window containing all information relating to the site.
Select the Suppliers [2] tab and identify the required supplier using the Supplier Name Section [3].
Using the Delivery Dates Section [4] you can set the relevant days required for supplier deliveries.
Click Save [5] to update the newly inputted information.
WARNING
This action should only be performed by the Area Manager after express approval from the supplier in question. Changing Days from already integrated suppliers will affect all future orders. Please contact your Area Manager so they can get in contact with the relevant Supplier.
