How does a parents balance update when the schools uses a Cashless Retailer?

If your school uses a Cashless Caterer dinner money balances will update in line with the timescales agreed with your provider.

Please note

It is not possible to view Dinner balances in Schoolcomms. The balances can be viewed by the school on the Cashless Retailers platform and by the parents on School Gateway.

The Cashless Retailer downloads the payment information from Schoolcomms and updates the balances from their side and then uploads the purchase history and balances to School Gateway.

If the balances/meals taken are not updating on School Gateway you will need to contact your Cashless Retailer direct to query why they have not been uploaded.
