To remove a date and existing bookings on Schoolcomms Dinners:
- Please go to Dinners
- Select the Dinner Plan
- Click on Manage Bookings
- Select the date you want to remove
- Click on Remove from Calendar
- All bookings will be cancelled for this date and a credit transaction will be applied to reverse the charge that was generated when the booking was created.
Please note: the credit will be applied to the pupil's dinner balance, it will not be returned to the original payment method.
