Why is a parent's Mobile not importing to Schoolcomms?

If a parent's mobile number is not importing across to Schoolcomms, in Arbor please check that:

  • The mobile number is in the Family, Guardian and Contacts section of the student's record, in the correct parent's record under the Mobile Field
  • When editing a parent’s contact details, Arbor allows you to add multiple mobile numbers - Schoolcomms will import the last one in the list if this is the case
  • The parent needs to have a priority that you are importing.

Wonde imports data from Arbor on an hourly basis so you will need to wait an hour after amending any details in Arbor before running an import to ensure the latest data is imported.

You can check the mobile number has imported successfully by going to:

  • Dashboard
  • Linked people
  • Search the parents name and click on it, you will then see the parent/carers contact details
