Why is a parents mobile missing in Schoolcomms?

If a parent's mobile number is not importing across to Schoolcomms please check that:

  • The mobile number is under the “Mobile Phone” fields
  • When editing a parent’s phone number, ScholarPack allows you to add multiple mobile numbers - if there are two with the location of ‘M’, Schoolcomms will import the first one in the list.
  • The parent needs to have a priority that you are importing. “Contact Order” = priority number

Wonde imports data from ScholarPack on an hourly basis so you will need to wait an hour after amending any details in ScholarPack before running an import to ensure the latest data is imported.

You can check the mobile number has imported successfully by going to:

  • Dashboard
  • Linked people
  • Search the parents name and click on it, you will then see the parent/carers contact details
