Why is a parents mobile not importing into to Schoolcomms?

If a parent's mobile number is not importing across to Schoolcomms, in Bromcom please check that:

  • The mobile number needs to be recorded under the Mobile Phone Field
  • When editing a parent’s contact details, Bromcom allows you to add multiple mobile numbers - Schoolcomms will import the first in the list if this is the case.
  • The parent needs to have a priority that you are importing.

Wonde imports data from Bromcom on an hourly basis so you will need to wait an hour after amending any details in Bromcom before running an import to ensure the latest data is imported.

You can check the mobile number has imported successfully by going to:

  • Dashboard
  • Linked people
  • Search the parents name and click on it, you will then see the parent/carers contact details
