How to reset your customer portal password.

Resetting Portal Password

  1. When you are on the knowledgebase homepage, click on Customer Sign in [1].
  2. You will be taken to the sign-in page. Click on Forgot Password? [2].
  3. Type in the E-Mail [3] that is registered with your account and click Submit [4].
  4. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password:
  5. Once you click on the link, you will then be asked to type a New Password [5] (ensure you use the specified password requirements). Click Change Password [6] once complete.
  6. Go back to the sign-in page and type in your email and your new password.
