Low Balance Alert Link
The link will be shown if the payment item is balance related, and linked to a lunchtime meal event.
When the user clicks ‘Set up low balance alerts?’ they will be directed to the Alert settings page:
The ‘Set up low balance alerts?’ link will not be visible for the following types of payment item setup:
- Booking/Selection related payment items
- Non-Balance items
- Payment items not related to a lunchtime meal event
- Payment items with the Auto Top-up panel showing
Update to Guidance Items
Updates have been made to the Help and Guidance panels within the Payer application. In order to make the content of the Help and guidance panels easier to use they have been changed to expandable panels.
The user will have the option to click on the plus sign to view and access the videos and links within the Help and Guidance sections.
Non-Mouse Users Accessibility
Enhancements have been introduced to assist a Parent Account user, that does not use a mouse, to access the magic basket.
This type of user will only be using tabs to navigate through the Parent application.
To make it easier for them to select the magic basket a box has been added around the basket icon.
The addition of the box around the basket icon will indicate to the user that they are able to click the box to open the magic basket.
