What actions to take if you're having issues logging in to LearnUpon

Forgotten password

This is a simple solution and you can reset your password by using the option highlighted on the login page.

Account disabled or expired

If you see the above message (normally in the bottom right) of your screen, your account has been deactivated.

To resolve this, please contact our support team and ask for your account to be reactivated.

Having an account on another portal

If you get an error message informing you that your account is present on another portal please don't panic.

We need to set your account in a slightly different way to allow you access to all learning portals.

To alert us to this, please contact our support team and let us know your email address and the portal name (just copy and paste the web address into your email) you are trying to log in to. 

Blank screen when relaunching a course

If you are attempting to relaunch a course you have previously started and you are getting a blank screen please get in touch with our support team who will contact the training team.

The fix is normally quite easy and occurs because the course has been updated with new information. Unfortunately, you will lose any progress but, once fixed, you'll have access to the new course.
