ParentPay Clubs: How to amend booking permissions for payers

By default, all Payers associated with a child will be able to see Clubs if they have access to the payment item. This can be changed by the Manager, in a similar way to Meal bookings.

In ParentPay, select People[1] > Pupils and staff[2] and then select the relevant groups[3&4] to find the child in question then click Search[5].

Click on a child's name to open their account

You will now see a section called Club Permissions and the Payers associated with the pupil will be listed here.

By default, they will be set to Full control.  This means they can see the Clubs payment item, the Clubs navigation in the Payer app and any associated bookings.

Selecting Change booking permission will alter this to No access – the Payer will still be able to see and make payments against the payment item BUT they will not see Clubs in their navigation in the Payer app and as such will have no access to make or see any of the Club bookings.

 

IMPORTANT

Any changes to the booking permissions will log an audit trail recording the username of the manager that made the change.
