What is the Clubs module?
ParentPay offers a standard meal and events solution that can be used to manage limited clubs and bookable events. For customers that need greater control, enhanced reporting, variable pricing and other enhanced features, the Clubs module is the appropriate tool.
Once configured and your first clubs are setup and made available, customers will have a greater variety of options such as individual and block bookings, free of charge clubs, up front or pay as you go, multi-price configuration, to name but a few.
What types of clubs can be setup?
There are several common templates available to make things as simple as possible. The table below summarises what is available:
| After School Club | After School Club sessions can be booked individually by the parent/carer for the date range available, and the school can charge multiple prices per session if required (e.g. full cost or reduced cost for sibling). The Club setup can incorporate limiting places, pay now or pay later, and booking cut-off rules. |
| Breakfast Club | Breakfast Club sessions can be booked individually by the parent/carer for the date range available, and the school can charge multiple prices per session if required (e.g. breakfast with drink or drink only). The Club setup can incorporate limiting places, pay now or pay later, and booking cut-off rules. |
| Holiday Club | Holiday Club sessions can be booked individually by the parent/carer for the date range available, and the school can charge multiple prices per session if required (e.g. morning session or afternoon session). The Club setup can incorporate limiting places, pay now or pay later, and booking cut-off rules. |
| Wraparound Care Club | As per Breakfast or After School Club sessions, Wraparound Care sessions can be booked individually by the parent/carer for the date range available, and the school can charge multiple prices per session if required (e.g. am session only, pm session only or both am/pm sessions). The Club setup can incorporate limiting places, pay now or pay later, and booking cut-off rules. |
| Other | Other sessions can be used for any other types of Clubs whose sessions can be booked individually |
| Enrichment Club | Enrichment Club sessions are block sessions that can be booked for a specified date range (e.g. Music Tuition for the Summer Term). The sessions can be free, or chargeable. An Enrichment Club can have multiple selections (e.g. Guitar, Drums, Piano) but the charge will be one charge for the block booking. The Club setup can incorporate limiting places (this is per Club and not per individual session within the Club), pay now or pay later, and a specified booking cut-off date. |
IMPORTANT
The above clubs are divided into two specific varieties
- Clubs that can be booked in advance on an individual basis, paying for each booked event. These are the individually booked sessions covered in the first five rows above.
- Clubs that are block booked, all payments for the agreed number of defined sessions paid in advance. These are the Enrichment type clubs
How do I get access to the Clubs module?
This is an additional module that requires a separate license to be enabled. Please contact sales@parentpay.com or your customer success advisor where appropriate to express your interest in this feature.
