ParentPay Clubs - How to assign/remove people to/from an exisiting club

If you already have a club, setup and running well, you may need to add some new people to it so they can start to use the service.

How to assign new people to an existing club

Navigate to Attendance, meals & events > Clubs

Select the relevant club from the Active list and then click Edit[1]

To assign new people

Select the appropriate people or groups from the left column[2] and click Add[3]

You may find it find it faster to use the search bar at the top of the column[2]

Click Save[4] to complete the action

To remove people

From the Selected people column[2], locate the person(s) you wish to remove and click the 'x'[3] next to their name.
