Refund error - Mandate not found

If you receive the following error when trying to action a refund in Schoolcomms via Online Transaction Refunds:

“No mandate found”

This means that you cannot refund this transaction because the payer no longer has an active direct debit mandate for bank transfer payments.
Please process a manual transaction and refund the payer using cash or cheque.
