The One-Click Payment option can be disabled for either the whole school or an individual parent/carer.
To enable us to disable the One-Click Payment option for the whole school we would need the request in writing to support@schoolcomms.com or alternatively click here to complete a support request.
To disable the One-Click Payment option for an individual parent/carer we would also need the request in writing and confirmation of the parent's email address, please submit the request by either emailing support@schoolcomms.com or click here to complete a support request
Once we have received the request we will action this as soon as possible and will confirm once this has been completed.
When parents next access their account via the website (www.schoolgateway.com) or app to make payments they will only be given the option to pay via the card method.
