Why are Support Staff appearing in Teacher (Schoolcomms created) groups? (SIMS)

The 'staff role' is determined by the information held within the classroom staff details of the staff member's SIMS record. If no role is selected, then the staff member will display as Support Staff. An import will need to be run in Schoolcomms to update any changes that have been made in your SIMS.
