Please check the roles assigned to the staff members within the classroom details on each staff members SIMS record. If the roles have been assigned correctly but all staff are still only populating the MIS: Staff - Teacher (Schoolcomms created) group when the import has been run, this could be due to the users SIMS Permissions.

The user will need the Personnel Officer SIMS permission in order for the staff groups to populate correctly. If a Schoolcomms user who does not have the SIMS Personnel Officer permission runs the import, the import will not fail but it will cause all staff members to fall into the MIS: Staff - Teacher (Schoolcomms created) group.
