Adjusting balances when enrichment club has been cancelled / child bookings cancelled

If enrichment club sessions are cancelled or if a particular child is removed from the club sessions their balance will not automatically be credited. If you need to refund a parent an amount for cancelled club sessions, you will need to apply a credit to the child’s club balance via Record Charges before applying the refund.  If you do not credit the club balance and then apply a refund this will take the child into a false negative and it will look like they owe money on the club.
