*NEW Enhanced Schoolcomms CSV account

There is now an enhanced import available for CSV schools via a new web based version of Schoolcomms with the following added features.

  • Ability to review data before running an import

  • Ability for one contact to be added per school member

    • Contact can be a self-contact (the MIS ID must be the same)

  • Ability for FSM data to be imported

The enhanced import will enable you to review the data on a comparison table that will show after you have selected a CSV file to import. This will inform you of any amendments that have been made to the CSV file to ensure you are happy with it before running an import.

For example:

  • Amendments/new school members are highlighted in blue.
  • School members marked as leavers have dashes instead of data and are highlighted in dark grey.
  • If there has been no change, the data is identical in each row.

If you would like further information on the new web based version please click here to complete a support request form or alternatively email your enquiry to support@schoolcomms.com
