In order to amend the instalment date on a trip:
Go to Payment items > Trips
Select the relevant trip and click View Summary
Select Unpublish trip
You will then see a pop up asking to confirm you would like to unpublish the trip. Select Unpublish now -
Select View/Edit trip.
Scroll to the Costs section and select Edit
You can then amend the instalment dates as required.
The instalment dates must run consecutively.
Once you have amended the dates please Save and Republish the trip.
Please note: If the trip has ended you will not be able to unpublish the trip and change the dates.
You would need to get in touch with the support team and request for the trip to be reopened by our technical support team.
