Error message received when trying to upload - Object Reference is NULL

If you attempt to upload data into ParentPay without having an academic year set you may receive an error message.  Normally, the new academic year is set automatically in June for the year ahead but on occasions this may fail for some schools.

You should check your settings to ensure you have an academic year and term dates set for the new year ahead before attempting the upload again.

If you don't have the academic year available in your drop down, please contact support to ask to have this added.
