If a parent has had a change of device and has forgotten to logout of the School Gateway App this will prevent them from logging in to the app on their new device.
To resolve this you are you able to log the parent out of the app via Linked People in Schoolcomms.
To log a member out of their School Gateway App:
- Click on Dashboard
- Click on Linked People
- Search for the name of the parent
- Click on the parent’s name
- Under the School Gateway Actions heading on the right-hand side, click Logout of App
