There may be times when you need to remove a day on a week that has already been applied to the calendar, possibly in times of emergency school closures, inset days etc.
To remove a day:
- In Schoolcomms, click on Dinners
- Click on the required Dinner Plan
- Click on Manage Bookings
- Click on the required date (on the left)
- Under Actions click on Remove from Calendar (top right)
Note: Removing the day from the calendar will cancel all bookings and apply a credit to the child’s Dinner balance. - Click Yes to confirm
