View reports in Sent Items

If an email has been sent that contains a SIMS report, whilst the message will show in the Schoolcomms Sent Items folder, the attachment and paperclip icon will not be displayed to indicate an attachment was included in the message (unlike regular file attachments which will show in this area).

However, if you did not receive an error message when the reports were being generated/dispatched, you can be confident that the reports will have been successfully sent to the recipients showing in the dispatch status.

Schools with the OLR licence are able to see which SIMS reports have previously been sent via the Reports tab in the web version of Online Reporting: Dashboard > Online Reporting > Reports
