How to access and view the action menu reports.
Accessing Action Reports
- Navigate to Meals > Meals.
- If required, select a Site [1].
- Click Actions [2].
- Click on the Relevant Report [3].
How do the different reports work?
A total of 10 different reports can be exported through the actions menu:
Debt Letter
Generate a debt letter for the selected student with a reminder to pay in advance. Users can also generate a debt letter for selected students regarding free school meals entitlement with a reminder to apply to the council for free meals
Debt Report
Generate a school meals debt report for all students with an option to email the report to head teachers
Credit Report
Generate a school meals credit report for all students.
Tick List
Tick list reports are used to mark meals at sites that do not have a tablet or where the tablet has stopped working.
Pre-Ordered Meals
Generate a list of students who have pre-ordered meals.
Meal Service Overview
Meal service overview provides a comprehensive breakdown of the meals chosen for a specific date and the different types of people selecting lunch. Weekly meal numbers can also be generated.
Dietary Requirements
Generates a comprehensive report of all students and if they have an allergen/dietary requirement marked against them.
Student Menu Template
Generates a list of all students who currently have a menu template assigned to them.
Initial Balance Template
The Initial Balance Template makes it possible to import initial balances without having to reformat the data.
Ordered/Taken by Student
Generates a comprehensive breakdown of the status of students choosing lunch, for example NONT Not Ordered & Not Taken and OTOM Ordered & Taken Ordered Meal.
