How do I remove a past order

Meals for previous days can be cancelled via Cypad > Meals > Transactions, by unticking the relevant checkboxes and removing any choices - the child’s balance will then be credited accordingly.

If the school have a tablet, any pre-orders are confirmed as transactions once the tablet has been synced after service.

For schools without a tablet, any pre-orders are automatically confirmed as transactions after 3pm.
