Calendar Templates

Calendar Templates are used to assign holiday and inset days to multiple schools simultaneously. This feature gives caterers central control over which days parents, students, and school administrators can and cannot book meals. When used in conjunction with Data Collection, the Calendars feature also prevents cooks from accidentally recording meal data on non-trading days. Recipe Sections

An extension to a Recipe Section released in the previous version, recipe sections can now be viewed on the tablet. For more information on the Recipe Sections feature please see the following article.

Bulk Update Menu Items

Menu items can now be updated in bulk allowing for a more streamlined experience.

Re-Open Locked User Accounts

User accounts that have been locked due to inactivity can now be restored manually, for a comprehensive guide on this please see the following article.

Stock Item Templates added to Export

Stock Item Templates have now been added to the export section, this feature allows users to identify which template each stock item is assigned to.

Site ID on Forms Added to E-Mail

When a form is sent via email to a manager, the Site ID will now be displayed in the title.

Parent Pre-Order Indicator

Tablet users can now identify when a pre-order has been submitted by a parent through the parent selection feature or on the class whiteboard. A small parent and child symbol will appear next to the students name.

Cases Retention Period

A retention period field has now been added to Cases, Entering a date value in the case retention period field of a closed case will ensure it will be deleted once that date is reached.

Last Accessed Recipe

Upon exiting a recipe view by using the back arrow button, users now can view the most recently accessed recipe.
