New Payments UI (Meals)

Meal Pricing Hierarchy and Price Books

A restructuring of the existing meal pricing hierarchy, specifically tailored for the new Meals UI has been created. Price Books allow users to establish meal prices in advance. For a comprehensive look of the updated pricing structure and price books, please view the following article.

Erudus Integration - Ingredients List

Stock Item Ingredients updated via Erudus

When a stock item is updated via Erudus integration the ingredient details, including text formatting such as bold, italic, and underline, are also updated accordingly.

Restricting Manual Edits of Erudus Linked Stock Item Ingredient Fields

When a user tries accessing a stock item integrated with Erudus and navigates to the Ingredients tab under Admin, they will not be able to edit the ingredients field. Instead, a message should appear with the following information: 'Ingredient information is being updated via Erudus and cannot be altered.

Stock Item Import

Importing a stock item while it's integrated with Erudus will show a confirmation message that will list the integrated stock items and notifies that their nutrition, allergen, and ingredient data won't be updated through the import. The message asks if the user wants to proceed with the import or cancel. If 'Yes' is chosen, the stock items are imported, but the Erudus-integrated fields remain unchanged. Choosing 'No' cancels the import.

If a stock item isn't integrated with Erudus and a user tries to import it via the Stock Item Import, no confirmation message appears. The stock items are imported.

If a new stock item is added to the 'Stock Item Import' for an Erudus-integrated supplier and a user tries to import it via the Stock Item Import, no confirmation message appears. The stock items are imported directly.

Erudus UI Indicators

If a supplier is integrated with Erudus and a Kitchen Manager user goes to Kitchen Manager > Admin > Suppliers, hovering over the Erudus UI indicator will show a tooltip saying 'Allergen, Nutrition, and Ingredient data updated from Erudus.

E-Mail Sent to Clients When Field is Updated via Erudus

If an email address is entered in the new field: 'Erudus email copies to:' the user will receive a e-mail when a stock item's ingredients field is updated from Erudus.

Whiteboard Pre-Order Indicator

Whiteboard users can now identify when a student pre-order has been made by a parent. 

FSM Start Date Disabled

The FSM Start Date has now been deactivated in the user interface when student data has been populated through a payments integration. This functionality has been disabled to avoid any conflicts between automatically imported and manually entered data.

Staff Hours Report

A new column named 'Default Site ID' has been added to the Staff Hours (Flat) Report.

New KPIs

New KPIs have been added:

  • Labour Cost exc Absence
  • Variance Labour Cost exc Absence %
