At the beginning of a new academic year schools need to roll up their pupils so that they appear in their new year groups. This is a critical part of the start of year process and is equally important in ParentPay.
Managing your pupils at the start of a new academic year.
All pupil year and class group allocations are determined by your Management Information System (MIS), such as SIMS. Once you have successfully allocated the pupils to their new groups and input the new intake year, you need to complete a successful upload using your normal processes. This will alter the records in ParentPay to fully align with your MIS or manual solution.
This function cannot be carried out within ParentPay as the system is designed to align with your pupil management solution.
