How to process an Action

When an Action has been created the Actions tab will have a Number counter [1] against it to indicate an Action that needs to be processed. The counter will be present in the Navigation Tree [2] to help users navigate to the Package [3] with the Action.


Click the Action which is set to Notify [4] to open the Action Details window and click the Action Taken tab [5] to record what you have done in the Action Taken field [6] and Upload [7] any supporting documents used to resolve the Action.


When you have filled in the Action Taken field click Save [8] and the Action will be automatically emailed to the assigned recipient logged in the Action tab, for more details refer to, Monitor - Adding an Action.
