An extra column option has been added when a Monitor form is being created.

How to add an extra column to monitor forms.

Accessing Admin

Navigate to Monitor > Admin.

Select Configure [1] and enter Extra Column Header [2] into the text box.

Select Save [3].

IMPORTANT

When generating a report, this extra column will only be shown when a header is specified.
