A contract Health Check Dashboard is now available where key KPIs are summarised on a dashboard for senior catering managers. This feature is available on the desktop, tablet and phone.
The Health Check Summary Page summarises key KPIs on a Summary dashboard. These key KPIs provide the senior catering managers with up-to-date visibility on the state of the business.
The View menu breaks KPIs into three areas of interest:
- Request Over Time
- Metrics
- Exceptions
NOTE
The Filter option is a useful tool to filter the top 10 KPIs or bottom 10 KPIs results when you have more than 10 schools to manage.
In the Results over time sections you can select a school to see the KPI details in graph form.
