Accessing the Knowledge Base with the Help widget

The Cypad Knowledge Base is now available via the Help widget. Click here for the QuickRef video.

1. Click the Help widget to open the Knowledge Base Live chat window.

2. In the ‘How can we help?’ [1] field type what you are searching for.
   

3. Click the Search icon [3].

4. Select the search result [2] that you need.

5. Click the View original article button [4] in the top right corner. 
   NOTE: The View original article button [4] will open a new browser window and take you to the Knowledge base article.
