Direct access to the Knowledge Base from the Desktop

The Knowledge Base is a searchable library of quick refs and guides to help you answer common questions you may have regarding Kitchen Manager. You’ll also find the latest Cypad version release guides plus useful information about KPIs. 

To access the Knowledge Base from the Desktop:

To find a document either use the search bar – as you type you will see a list of suggested quick refs - or click on the subject categories box.

You can also find a quick ref by clicking on the appropriate category box (such as Kitchen Manager or Monitor) and searching the quick ref list on the left-hand side of the screen.
