Administrators can use Kitchen Manager Analysis to review the temperature readings that have been taken at each site to help identify any patterns and exceptions for the Fail/Pass temperature readings being recorded by the caterers.
Go to Analysis tab  > select an Area/Site  > set the Type  to Temperature Reading > set the Date Period  to Daily, Weekly or Date Range
If the Date Period is set to Date Range, select the start date in the Date Range Calendar  and hold down the Shift key when you select the end date. Click OK  to set the Date Range.
Set the Type  to either Pass to view only the Pass results .
Set the Type  to either Pass to view only the Fail results .
Click the Export button  to download a copy of what you see on screen as an Excel document.
