Analysis - Temperature Reporting

Administrators can use Kitchen Manager Analysis to review the temperature readings that have been taken at each site to help identify any patterns and exceptions for the Fail/Pass temperature readings being recorded by the caterers.

Go to Analysis tab [1] > select an Area/Site [2] > set the Type [3] to Temperature Reading > set the Date Period [4] to Daily, Weekly or Date Range

If the Date Period is set to Date Range, select the start date in the Date Range Calendar [5] and hold down the Shift key when you select the end date. Click OK [6] to set the Date Range.

Set the Type [1] to either Pass to view only the Pass results [2].

Set the Type [1] to either Pass to view only the Fail results [3].

Click the Export button [4] to download a copy of what you see on screen as an Excel document.
