Accessing Data Collection Emails
Navigate to Data Collection > Status.
Tick in the 'Show not done for a selected week' Checkbox [1].
E-Mail Process
IMPORTANT
This E-Mail process should only be used when contacting other Managers/Admins, not the site directly.
Selecting E-Mail [2] will send an E-Mail reminder to any sites that have currently not completed their Data Collection readings.
A Warning Message [3] will appear detailing the content that will be delivered to the recipient's address entered in the next section upon selecting Ok [4].
Type in the Relevant E-Mail [5] into the empty field and select E-Mail [6].
E-Mail Data Collection Users Process
IMPORTANT
This E-Mail process should only be used to contact Sites directly.
Select E-Mail Data Collection Users [1].
A Warning Message [2] will appear detailing the E-Mail template which will be sent upon entry of email on the next screen.
Select Ok [3] to continue.
Similar to the E-Mail Process in the previous section, fill out the Empty Field with the E-Mail information and click E-Mail.
