Key Changes

Payments: Student Reports Update

A new Report has been added to provide a complete Meal Selection Summary. In addition, the Meals Chosen by Class has been updated to display the totals of each requested/served Menu Item by Class and the Student Allergies report has been updated to include a Class filter.

Menus: Nutritional Analysis missing Recipe alert 

The Menu Item Alert (Exclamation icon) has been updated to confirm if the Menu Item does not have any Nutritional data recorded against it in the Recipes module.

Menus: Recipes Search bar

A Search bar has been added to the Recipes page so users can easily Filter Menu Items with a Specific ingredient (e.g. Chicken) in the Recipe.

Menus: Menu item limit removed

The Menu Item limits have been removed so users can now add an unlimited amount of Menu Items to Menus for the Main Menu, Vegetable Menu, Dessert Menu, Drink Menu and Other Menu.

Tablet Recipes App Updates

All recipes displayed (even if not using meal register)

Tablet users can view Meal Item Recipes, even if not using Meal Registration, that have been created in Menus Recipes page.

Nutrition information displayed

Tablet users can view the Nutritional values for each Menu Item via the Recipes App.

Ingredient Field Updates

NOTE: These options will be visible but not functional until V50/51 release.

Menus: Ingredients field added to menu items

An Ingredients section has been added to the Menu Items details which will detail the ingredients recorded in the recipes page which will also identify any allergen items (i.e. Cheese (milk)).

Kitchen Manager: Ingredients field added to Stock items

An Ingredients section has been added to the Kitchen Manager Stock Items details which will detail the ingredients recorded in the recipes page which will also identify any allergen items (i.e. Cheese (milk)).
