Navigate to Payments > Students

If the student has a specific Diet Type (i.e. Halal), click on the relevant Student [1] and select the Diet Type Tab [2]. Select the Relevant Diet Type Check Box [3] option before clicking click Save [4].

Setting a Student’s Diet Type will restrict showing Menu Items that have not been marked as safe for the Diet Type in all Meal Selection channels (Manager App, Whiteboard, Parent Bookings, and Tablet).

IMPORTANT

If a student already has a diet type checked in this means a Diet Type has already been applied, never change this. Contact your area manager if you wish to change the diet type information to prevent risk.
