Introduction

Cypad's brand-new web User Interface (UI) is a rich, yet simplified user experience with a fresh look and feel that provides all the same functionality as the Original UI with improved usability, performance and adaptability to maximise user productivity and enable intuitive platform administration. 

Users have the ability to Switch [1] between the Original UI and the New UI at their convenience.

New UI

The new Navigation Menu [2] is a collapsible menu with new icons users can intuitively identify for improved site navigation.

The Page Menu [3] has retained the same functionality as the original UI while using new button styles and a new colour scheme.

When a sub menu button is clicked a new Navigation Tree [4] is opened on the left side of the page to make it easier and more efficient to navigate the sub menu options.

Items

On the Items page the Primary button [1] (Add Button), Secondary button [2] (Export button), Search bar [3] and Filter [4] can now be found at the top right of the page above the items table.

When the Filter button is clicked the Additional Information window will open and the Filter checkboxes [5] are available and when selected can be Applied [6].

If Filters have already been applied, click the Clear Filters [7] button.

Menus

On the Menus page the Primary Action button [1] (Save button), Secondary Action button [2] (Report) and Menu buttons [3] can now be found at the top right of the page.

When there are more 2 or more action buttons (e.g. Report button and Menu Buttons) the Secondary Action button is now a Actions Dropdown button [4] where you can find the Report button [2] and Menu buttons [3].

Templates

On the Templates page the Primary Action button [1] (Save button), Secondary Action button [2] (Export button) and Template buttons [3] can now be found in the at the top right of the page.

Analysis

On the Analysis page the Primary Function button [1] (Export button), Calendar [2], Report Type [3] and Filter [4] can now be found at the top right of the page. 

NOTE Click the Filter icon to open the filter pop-up.

NOTE: Fields marked with a Red star [5] must be filled in otherwise the filter won't be applied.

Sites

On the Sites page you can now find the Primary Function button [1] (Save button) and Secondary Function button [2] (Year view) button in the top right of the screen. The Theme Days [3] list is still on the left side of the Calendar [4] and the Prev. month [5] and Next month [6] buttons are now separate from the calendar.

Admin

The Admin page layout hasn't changed however there are new features available, Nutritional Guidelines [1] and Stock Item Imports [2].
