Introduction

Cypad's brand-new web User Interface (UI) is a rich, yet simplified user experience with a fresh look and feel that provides all the same functionality as the Original UI with improved usability, performance and adaptability to maximise user productivity and enable intuitive platform administration. 

Users have the ability to Switch [1] between the Original UI and the New UI at their convenience.

The new Navigation Menu [2] is a collapsible menu with new icons users can intuitively identify for improved site navigation.

The Page Menu [3] has retained the same functionality as the original UI while using new button styles and a new colour scheme.

When a sub menu button is clicked a new Navigation Tree [4] is opened on the left side of the page to make it easier and more efficient to navigate the sub menu options.

Cases

On the Cases page you can now find the Export button [1], Add button [2], Calendar [3] and Search bar [4] in the top right of the screen.

Case Type Filters

The Case Type filters (Case Type [6], Case Type Category [7] and Status [8]) have been moved into a pop-up window.

To access the filters click the new Filter icon [4].

In the Filters pop-up set your desired filters and click Apply [5].

When filters have been set you can click the Clear Filters [6] to clear all the filters.

Analysis

On the Analysis page you can now find the Export button [1], Types dropdown [2] and Calendar [3] in the top right of the screen.

Design

On the Design page you can now find the Primary Action button [1] (Add Case Type) and Secondary Action button [2] (Export button) in the top right of the screen. When the Add Case Type button is clicked the Add Case Type window [3] now opens in the middle of the screen.

Admin: Case Type Categories

On the Admin Case Type Categories page you can now find the Add button [1] and Export button [2] in the top right of the screen. When the Add button is clicked the Add Case Type Category [3] window now opens in the middle of the screen.

Admin: Action Types

Add Action Type

On the Admin Action Types page you can now find the Add button [1] and Export button [2] in the top right of the screen. The Add Action Type [3] pop up window now opens in the middle of the screen.

Archived Filter

On the Admin Action Types page you can now find the Show archived [1] check box in the top right of the screen.

When the Show Archived Filter [1] button is clicked a Filter window [2] now opens in the middle of the screen where the user can check the Show Archived [3] checkbox.

To apply the show archived actions click Apply [4] to close the filter window. If the filter is is already enabled users can click the Clear Filter [5] button to turn off the filter.
