Generate allergy and diet type tick lists
Tick list reports for Year and Class are for a cook to manually tick meals off when they are serving rather than using a tablet. Allergies are shown on the tick reports.
Generate Tick list reports as a PDF or Excel document to identify allergy and dietary requirements of students, by Class [1] or Year [2], for the cook to ensure students with allergies and dietary restrictions are served the correct meals.
Go to Meals > Students > select a Site or Class > click the Reports [3] button > select a Tick List Report
Landscape/Portrait formatting
The reports are generated in a portrait orientation by default. When more than 10 menu items in total (i.e. across Main, Vegetable, Dessert, Drink) exist for the days menu the report is generated in landscape mode. The generated Report page size can be increased up to A2 Landscape to display more menu items per page.
When 10 or less menu items in total (i.e. across Main, Vegetable, Dessert, Drink) exist for the days menu the report is generated in portrait mode.
- Limit for Main menu items = 20
- Limit for Vegetable menu items = 8
- Limit for Dessert menu items = 8
- Limit for Drink menu items = 8
NOTE: The space assigned to the branding image is dynamically defined based on the image size, up to a maximum of 200x100.
Special Type Students
Students with the Special type have SP in brackets to the right of their name.
A tick box called MReq is visible for Students with the type ‘Special', underneath the menu items for ‘Main’. The ‘MReq’ tick box is pre-ticked if the option ‘Present - Meal Required’ is selected on the Whiteboard.
Students with a Student Menu
Students with an associated Student Menu exist in separate tables (i.e. table per 'Student Menu).
The menu items in the column headers correspond to the menu items on the Student Menu. Tables are grouped by Student Menu. i.e. if 2 students have the same ‘Student Menu’ they are displayed in the same table.
