A cook can spend an hour to setup or close down dining area rather than cooking or food prep, this would be recorded as Non-productive hours on the Tablet Staff App.

To configure this setting go to Staff > Admin > Configure then select the ‘Allow staff to record non-productive hours’ check box.
Admin users can add Non-Productive types that can be assigned when filling in the Non-productive reason drop-down on the Tablet. Go to Staff > Admin > Non-Productive types  > click Add  > enter a Description  > click Save
