Trends and popularity reports
The Reports for Stock Order History and Popular Ordered/Delivered Items enable users to view the most popular items and purchasing trends.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > Type [1] Popular Ordered/Delivered Items or Stock Order History> set the Period [3] > set the Date [4]

Pack Sizes
The Pack size column [1] is for items that have been ordered and delivered.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > Type [2] Popular Ordered > set Period [3] to Date range > set the Date Range [4]
NOTE In this example ‘Each’ = 1 item in the pack. This is dependent on the information provided by the supplier.

Discrepancy report
If there is an order or delivery discrepancy you can run a report that will show all order/delivery discrepancies for a specified date range.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > Type [1] Delivery Discrepancies > set Period [2] to Date range > use the calendar to set the Date Range [3]

Stock Items on Order and Stock Items Delivered
The Stock Items on Order and Stock Items Delivered types, show the quantity and value of stock items ordered or delivered.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > Type: Stock Items on Order [1] or Stock Items Delivered > set Period [2] to Date range > select the Date Range [3] > set the Supplier [4]

Order delivery comments
Any comments which have been added to order delivery signoffs by the cook to highlight any price discrepancies or stock issues are visible in the Note column [1].
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > select your Area/Type/Site > Type [1] Order Delivery Comments > set the Period [3] > set the Date [4] or Date Range

Data Collection Notes
When an Admin Note has been added to a Data Collection question to record additional information and answers to questions (e.g. what month a meal credit refers to) a report is available that shows all the Admin Notes.
Go to Kitchen Manager > Analysis > select your Site > set the Type [1] to Data Collection Notes - Admin
The Period [2] can be set to Daily, Weekly or a specific Date range. When using the Daily or Weekly Period set the Date [3] by selecting the Start date [4].
When a selecting the Period: Date Range [5] select the Start Date [6], hold the Shift key and click the End Date [7] and click OK [8].
