Auto-close staff when Employment End Date Reached

Staff records will now automatically close when the employment end date is reached.

How to extend the employment dates for members of staff.

Accessing the Employment Date field

Navigate to Staff > Staff.

Select the Relevant Staff Member [1] and click on the  Contract Tab [2]

Using the Employment Ended Field [3] you can extend the Date of Employment, extending the date will automatically re-open the staff member's account.

Click Save [4].



A warning message may appear informing the user that extending the employment date will reopen the account and the system has confirmation to do so.
