If a member of staff is changing their contracted hours, the admin can make these changes in a spreadsheet, set an Applied-on date and import to the Staff Desktop. Additionally, the admin can make changes en masse in advance and set the Applied-on date to run on days they are going to be out of the office.
IMPORTANT: If two imports were done for the same staff for the same date, latest will replace the older.
Go to Staff > Admin  > Import  > Import type  Planned Staff hours.
Using details available in the Staff tab  create a Spreadsheet.csv  using the fields from Field order  outline in the specified order, click the Choose File  button, select the new spreadsheet to Import and click Save .
