Configure Assets dropdown options for repair Priority & Status

When adding a repair there are default options for the Priority [1] and Status [2] of repair which can be selected:

In Assets> Admin > Priority/Status the Description [3] of these stages can be changed to be more bespoke (e.g. Priority 1, 2 or 3; Status Open, Attended, Quote Required, Completed) and Saved.

Priority: Low, Normal, High, Critical

Status: Open, Notify, Check, Closed

This change will affect following areas:

  • Repair details (drop downs, audit trail)
  • Repairs (grid)
  • Asset history (filter and grid)
  • Repairs report
