How to create a report by form fields.
Accessing Forms
Navigate to Kitchen Manager > Forms.
Export a Form with selected fields for a Chosen Date [1] or Date Range [2].
Select a Kitchen Manager Form [3] and select the Report by Form Fields [4] option from the drop-down context menu.
All the tick box fields in the Report by form fields menu [5] are automatically selected. De-select what you do not want in the Form and click OK [6]. When the on-screen table is generated, the columns are ordered in the same order they appear in the on-screen table and the exported form.
