Forms - Create report by form fields

Export a Form with selected fields for a chosen date or Date Range [1].

Go to Kitchen Manager > Forms > left click on a Form [2] and select the Report by Form Fields [3] option from the drop-down context menu.

All the tick box fields in the Report by form fields menu [4] are automatically selected, de-select what you do not want in the Form and click OK [5]. When the on-screen table is generated the columns are ordered in the same order they appear in the on-screen table and the exported form.
