Add a form and publish to a tablet

To add a form you need to save it in an existing folder or create a new folder. 

Create a new folder

The folder is added to the form folders list:

Add form content

You can add form content directly on the Desktop or import a pre-existing form from your own records.

To add form content on your desktop click the form name. Add a question group name and the questions.
