How to use the Reports app within the Kitchen Manager application.

Accessing Reports

Login into your tablet and select Reports [1].

Weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) shown are chosen centrally, and figures are automatically updated every week. KPIs can be whole numbers, percentages, £0.00 value, or hours.

Selecting one of the report values will showcase a graph breakdown of said report, e.g. the graph below is in regards to the Meal Total (All).

NOTE

Not all graphs will look the same, and some KPIs may not have a graph available.

Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You can filter the KPIs to show weekly or monthly. The default view is Weekly KPIs. In order to access the Monthly KPIs select the 3 dots and select Monthly Report [2].

Upon selecting Monthly Report it will display the same KPIs applied to the weekly report with the only difference being it is spread across a month.

Viewing Last Refresh Time

  1. Login to the tablet and open Kitchen Manager.
  2. Select Meals Chosen [1].

  3. Located to the right of Refresh is Last Refresh: HH:MM:SS [2].

    The Last refresh time is updated when a user:

    • Selects the ‘Refresh’ button.

    • Loads the Meals Chosen report.

    • Changes the calendar filter on the Meals Chosen report.

Accessing Refresh Time on Desktop

Refresh Time has also been added to the separate Meal Selection Summary reports:

  1. Navigate to Payments > Students.
  2. Click Reports [1] and select Meal Selection Summary [2].

  3. Refresh Time [3] is located just above the Site Name.

The Last refresh time is updated when a user:

Select the ‘Refresh’ button.

Loads the report.

Changes the calendar filter on the report.
